IP Integration has a state of
the art management and support centre designed to monitor
all key systems. Should a piece of equipment begin showing
worrying signs, a IP Integration engineer will notify you with
a synopsis of the problem and also a resolution path
designed to minimise the impact on your business.
Based on past experience,
IP Integration promote preventative monitoring of voice and
data networks. Such system monitoring can save valuable
time and expense, minimising or even eliminating the
need for costly downtime. Understanding the importance
of uninterrupted service, IP Integration where possible will
configure both data and voice networks to allow remote
monitoring by technical staff.
Rapid Response
Even with the best precautions in place, there will be times when something does go wrong. For these eventualities, IP Integration
has a well-provisioned team of engineers who can be dispatched immediately to the site. IP Integration will always aim for industry
leading response times and, where geographically possible, we can offer 2-hour response times to an emergency. This response time is not
simply ‘showing a face’ while you wait for a qualified engineer with parts. Any IP Integration engineer dispatched to your site will be
trained and experienced in the equipment he or she will be looking after.
Unlike other simple maintenance contracts, an IP Integration support contract is not simply concerned with resolving problems. An IP
Integration engineer will not only fix the immediate fault, but also will analyse the root cause of the fault and resolve this too. This
approach will ensure that faults do not recur and that your organisation faces minimum disruption in the long term.
Our People
The only way to achieve the demanding targets that our customers and we expect is through experienced, dedicated and committed staff.
All IP Integration staff are experienced and fully trained and qualified. They are all also fully committed to providing the best
solutions and the best resolutions for your business.
IP Integration provides a truly national service through dedicated teams, including the largest team of
Avaya trained engineers in Scotland. Accredited to the highest level our engineering teams are supported by our own Technical Support
Groups based out of Reading, Nottingham and Edinburgh.
Our team of data engineers hold qualifications from Cisco, 3Com, Novell, Avaya, Microsoft and Compaq.
Holding manufacturer accreditation ensures our technical personnel access to technical support at the highest level. IP Integration is
dedicated to ensuring that our engineering skill sets and manufacturer accreditations compliment our market offerings. Our on-going
engineering training programmes ensure client access to the very latest and most up to date technical expertise.
In return for their experience and commitment, IP Integration has committed to training all our staff to
the highest levels. We are also acutely aware that without the best staff we will never be able to offer the best service, therefore we
are focused on looking after our staff.
System Audit
Prior to IP Integration taking on the support of any of your equipment, we will carry out a system audit of the equipment to be
supported. From this we will be able to ensure that our equipment stockholding will include all parts required, and therefore that any
failures can be repaired in the shortest possible time. For critical items, we are able to store equipment on site for even quicker
return-to-service times.
At any time you can request to see our stock supplies to reassure yourself that we are holding the required stock and that in the event
of any emergency, we are capable of responding within the times guaranteed.
