the support service offered. Our Service Desk is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by experienced staff allowing you to log
problems at any time and receive updates to any logged issues.

Single
Point Of Contact
Whilst the Service Desk will take care of all Call logging
and management of calls and other queries, you will
have one Account Manager, who will look after your account,
and be your central point of contact.

Change
Management
During the course of any contract there will be times
when changes will need to be made to the supported infrastructure.
