              In addition to the communications solutions that IP Integration develops, deploys and maintains on site at client premises, we also offer the highly cost effective option of hosted solutions in partnership with our outsourcing specialists. Our state of the art datacentre is a recognised centre of excellence providing a full range of IT outsourcing services including disaster recovery.

              • Housed in dedicated or co-located servers within the IPI Hosting Centre, your applications and services are available 24x7 with a minimum of downtime. The physical security and integrity of your data is assured.
              • The IPI Hosting Centre is access-restricted, air-conditioned and protected by a large UPS system which ensures service continuity in the event of a mains power outage.
              • We will manage the relationships with your telcos and other service providers, providing technical support where necessary and implementing controlled change processes for upgrades and alterations.
              • Your requirement is our solution - whether it is one of our core off-the-shelf products or a bespoke offering around services like Competition lines, Payment Processing, Store locator, Real Time Information solutions, plus everything you've never thought of hosting before and more!

              Where a client requires temporary additional port capacity for IVR applications, IP Integration is able to supply it on a hosted basis, as and when required.

              • The overflow capacity of the service scales to meet practically any requirement so you can be assured that your callers are never left on hold and that you do not lose calls.
              • The process is seamless, with overflow calls automatically routed to the IPI Hosting Centre.
              • The overflow service is offered on an annual subscription basis and includes detailed throughput reports.
              • This provides organisations with a great deal of flexibility and a highly cost effective method of accommodating fluctuating peaks in call volume and system demand.
              • We understand that you will want regular detailed performance information on your traffic throughput so we can provide reports and tailored analysis to keep you informed and in control.

              In the unwelcome event of client system damage or failure, IP Integration is able to provide failsafe interim system replacement to ensure the client's operations are not compromised.

              • As well as regular tape and disk backups of hosted systems, IP Integration maintains redundant system mirrors in secure servers, provided on an annual subscription basis at the IPI Hosting Centre and a daily back up stored off site for your added protection.
              • This enables us to offer the immediate replacement of an entire technology environment including all associated processes and procedures.
              • Each hosted system is automatically monitored and in the unwelcome event of client system damage or failure, we are able to provide failsafe interim system replacement to ensure your operations are not compromised.
              • Outside office hours, SMS text messages are sent to technical staff to alert them to the problem. In this way problems can be dealt with quickly, before they become critical.
