I write to strongly endorse IP Integration in the way that they project managed and implemented the above major telephony upgrade.

Throughout the whole process IPI's project management and operational staff worked with the client (Kier Facilities Services) and the end customer Abertawe Bro Morgannwg NHS University Trust to ensure that all aspects and implications of the change were understood by all.

The whole project through procurement, design, installation and commissioning/testing ran very smoothly and was adequately resourced by IP Integration.
