IP Integration were the successful party to upgrade our old legacy AVAYA estate including the contact centre and data network. The project was delivered very successfully with IP Integration working over and above the call of duty to make sure we had a seamless migration.

My responsibility rests with the contact centre and this marked a key turning point in the development of the housing services Charnwood provided and through IP Integrations support and professional services we have become a centre of excellence for customer service. This has allowed us to take on a wider scope of services having made the investment in a technology platform to service the council's needs across Loughborough from a supplier that has worked closely with us in partnership.
